Need motivation? Our Small Group PT are for 4-6 members and are fully accessible to all people and all abilities. We personalise a program, just for you and support you while you train.
Personal Training
Do you need a little 1:1 attention? Feel like you are a bit green and need a helping hand? PT might be for you! we have 30, 45 and 60 min PT sessions to get you started and keep you motivated on your fitness journey.
Over 65 Group Classes
Are you looking to stay fit and independent? Want to work out for your friends and create lasting coffee mates? Our over 65 group class keeps you strong, moving and Balanced. Whilst also being able to socialise with likeminded people.

Pilates is a matwork based class focusing on strength, stability, and flexibility
Floor Class
Often overlooked our pelvic floor is important for longevity and inner strength. Our pelvic floor and core class brings focus to this area and will help educate you to gain greater understanding and strength.

TWTT - Train With The Trainer
This is a heavy slow strength session. You will be training alongside the trainer completing a specified program each term.
HILIT
High intensity - Low impact training, designed to challege those muscles whilst getting your heart rate up!
HIIT
High intensity interval training circuit class, its a quick, loud challenging cardio and strength session.
