We offer Allied Health services under Medicare, DVA, NDIS, My Aged Care, Workcover and Private Clients.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (EP) are university-qualified allied health professionals.
Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with long term health conditions such as diabetes or osteoarthritis.
Exercise physiologists also help with rehabilitation of injuries and work with people who are managing disabilities.
The goal of exercise physiology is to give you confidence exercising safely to help manage your injury or health conditions. Working with an EP will also equip you with the education and strategies necessary to help you to improve your independence & return to the sport, exercise, activity or work you love.
Our physiotherapists are skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide array of conditions affecting the bones, muscles, cardiovascular system, nerves, and other bodily systems. They provide comprehensive care to manage chronic diseases, offer personalized lifestyle advice, and prescribe tailored exercises and aids to enhance overall well-being and functionality.
Remedial massage is a natural therapy that aims to treat aches, pains and injuries to help the body repair and recover. It focuses on treating tense, damaged or knotted muscles and can help manage a number of health conditions, especially those affecting muscles, tendons and bones. We offer remedial massage at both clinics and at home.
Our Allied health assistants help professionals across a variety of health sectors such as physiotherapy, exercise physiology, nutrition and OT. AHA's typically focus on caring for patients and assisting allied health professionals with program delivery.
Our personal Trainers help clients set short and long-term fitness goals. We plan a fitness programmes to help achieve your goals. We teach, motivate and coach clients in how to follow your programmes safely and effectively. We can also give advice on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Group Fitness
Are you looking to stay fit and independent? Our group classes cover a variety of fitness levels and disciplines, including circuit classes, falls prevention, pilates, Qi Gong, and HILIT and many more.

- prolapse Postpartum recovery Endometriosis
- EPs provide women with the knowledge and resources to establish healthy exercise habits that are specific to them, grading the exercise program to reach individual goals and guide them safely back to exercise.
