Meet the team

Balance Holistic Fitness is a collaboration between heathcare providers, holistic practitioners Allied health assistants, Personal Trainers and home and garden maintenance contractors to ensure we help you find Balance in your life. We offer allied health services, health and wellbeing programs, workshops, group fitness, personal training and memberships as well as many services at home.
Jessica Buffier
Director | Personal Trainer
I'm not your typical personal trainer - I don't have 6 pack abs and I enjoy food! - I'm all about Balance. I have a wealth of experience in exercise and movement. I understand that a journey to improved health is not linear and we all need different motivations and strategies at different times. I have walked the walk and have returned to health after major surgery myself. I enjoy working with clients who are returning to exercise post injury or illness and am passionate about supporting carers and women's health as we age. I have been lucky enough to work with clients from 5 to 95 with a range of special considerations. I am a mum to 3 kiddos, 2 with special needs, and have a pretty well rounded knowledge of the NDIS and My Aged Care. If you can't find me at the gym, I'm usually nursing a coffee in the sun at Killibinbin, or building sandcastles at Shark Bay with the fam. From the moment I met a personal trainer, I was inspired to help others achieve their goals. Encouraged by my best friend, I pursued a career as a PT and haven’t looked back. I’m passionate about thinking outside the box with innovative exercise methods, focusing on breathwork and yoga to promote a balanced lifestyle. My goal is to help people move from pain to a better quality of life through these practices. With over 8 years of experience and a deep understanding of anatomy from my own injury recovery, I work with those open to trying new approaches for meaningful change. When I'm not with my dogs, you’ll find me exploring the beach or bush with my camera and drone, embracing the ocean and the South Coast. I’m here to help you find your balance just as I have!

Accredited Exercise Physiologist | Chinese Medicine & Accupuncturist
I’m Drew, an Exercise Physiologist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with over 20 years of experience. My passion is resolving complex health issues by addressing their root causes. I specialize in creating Graded Individualized Exercise Programs to restore function, relieve pain, and support natural healing through exercise. I’m accredited with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and AHPRA, and also teach Clinical Pilates, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga. My goal is to empower you to take control of your health, providing you with the tools and knowledge to thrive. Together, we will unravel the complexities of your health concerns, address the underlying issues, and work towards sustainable improvements in your well-being.
Analise Evans
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Hi, I’m Analise Evans, and I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Balance Holistic Fitness. I completed my Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong and am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall wellbeing through exercise.
During my studies and clinical placements, I worked with a variety of clients managing chronic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and age-related changes. I enjoy creating individualised exercise programs that support each person’s goals and help them build confidence in their movement and daily life.
I have a particular interest in rehabilitation and long-term condition management, and I love seeing how small, consistent steps can make such a big difference to someone’s health and happiness.
I look forward to meeting you in the clinic and helping you on your journey to better health!

Hi, I’m Jake Buffier, the head of Balance Home and Garden Maintenance. I oversee the organization and delivery of all our lawn mowing, gardening, and home maintenance services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently for our clients. When I’m not managing these services, you’ll find me out enjoying the stunning beaches and bushwalks of the Eurobodalla, voulenteering for the Broulee Sting Rays, playing touch footy or cheering on the Canberra Raiders.
As a dad of three, I understand the importance of balance and hard work, both at home and in the community. With me, you can count on reliable, top-notch service and a touch of personal dedication to make your home and garden shine.

Hi, I’m Roya, a qualified physiotherapist specializing in women’s health. My expertise covers a range of important areas, including incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, ante and postnatal exercise, abdominal separation, endometriosis, menopause, and many other health concerns.
I work as a locum practitioner for Balance Holistic Fitness, where I offer tailored support and solutions for these specialized issues. Although I spend the majority of my time living with my young family in Fiji, I visit every 4 to 6 months to provide my services, I am also available by telehealth for consults. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, managing menopause, or dealing with pelvic health challenges, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being with compassionate, expert care.
Alison Coles
Physiotherapist
I’ve been a physiotherapist for longer than I care to remember, having established Cooma Physiotherapy Centre in 1988. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively in all areas of physiotherapy throughout the Snowy Mountains region. In 2009, I relocated to Canberra, where I joined a large multidisciplinary practice.

I’ve had the privilege of working with sporting teams at the local, state, and national levels, with a special interest in men’s hockey at Masters Championships. I’ve also accompanied teams overseas to international competitions on many occasions.

In more recent years, I’ve focused on occupational rehabilitation while maintaining a small private practice in Gundaroo. Hey, I’m Kat! I’ve lived in the area pretty much my whole life, so it feels like home to me. I’m a huge animal lover—animals have always been a big passion of mine, whether it’s pets or wildlife. I’m also super into AFL and love going to games or watching them with mates. Concerts are another thing I’m all about; there’s nothing like the energy of live music. Right now, I’m also on my own health and fitness journey, focusing on improving both my physical and mental well-being. It’s been a rewarding challenge, and I’m always learning and growing along the way. Im excited to be part of the Balance Team!

Hi I'm Charlotte and I am a student at Carroll College who is currently completing a Certificate III in Fitness through a school-based apprenticeship, I'm working towards my dream of becoming an Exercise Physiologist. Sports are my absolute love! I play soccer and Rugby League which keeps me active and challenged. When I'm not training, you'll find me at the beach or across the world embracing the new experiences. My journey is about continuous learning, staying motivated, and transforming my passion into a professional pathway. I'm excited to explore the potential of health, movement, and personal transformation.
